Nexa Auto Imports Pty Limited (ABN 26 699 518 879), trading as VOGE Motorcycles Australia ("VOGE Australia", "we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and store your personal information when you visit this website, submit an enquiry, support request or expression of interest, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with us regarding VOGE products and services.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you enquire about becoming a VOGE dealer, we may also collect your business name, contact details, location and the brands you currently stock.

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on this website, contact us by email or phone, or subscribe to updates. We may also receive information about you from our authorised dealers, for example when they update the status of your enquiry, or when your motorcycle is sold or serviced under warranty.
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. However, if you choose not to provide your contact details, we and our dealers will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

This website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including:

These technologies help us analyse website performance, improve user experience, understand audience behaviour, measure advertising effectiveness and deliver relevant promotional content.

To assist with responding to your enquiry and providing local support, we will disclose your information to an authorised VOGE dealer you select, or the dealer servicing your area. The dealer may contact you by phone, email or SMS to respond to your enquiry or support request, including information about pricing, availability and current offers on the motorcycle you enquired about. This happens whether or not you opt in to marketing from us.
Authorised VOGE dealers are independent businesses. We pass your enquiry to them through our dealer portal, and they are required to use it only to respond to your enquiry. Once a dealer receives your information, the dealer's own privacy policy also applies, and the dealer may only send you ongoing marketing if you have separately agreed to receive it from them.
- OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE
Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Australia. Google (for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta process website and advertising data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Our business systems provider, Oracle NetSuite, and our website hosting provider may also store information outside Australia.
Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We provide vehicle information, such as VIN, warranty dates and fault diagnosis, to the manufacturer of VOGE motorcycles in China for warranty and product quality purposes. We do not provide your name or contact details to the manufacturer.
- MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you tick the box to receive updates from VOGE Australia, you consent to receiving communications by email and SMS relating to VOGE products, services, events, promotions and special offers.
Opting in is optional. If you do not opt in, we will not send you marketing, but an authorised dealer may still contact you about your enquiry as described in section 4.
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us where we obtained your personal information.
- DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
Your personal information is held electronically in our business systems, including Oracle NetSuite, and by our service providers. Access is limited to staff, service providers and authorised dealers who need it.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as required by law, and then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
- ACCESS AND CORRECTION
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us.
There is no charge to make a request, and we may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days. If we refuse your request, we will tell you why in writing and how you can make a complaint.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.
